MVC w/ Ejection - Route 1 a/o Black Diamond Road

Shortly after 0600, the CHC, Ambulance 64, Kent County Paramedics and Trooper 4 were dispatched for an MVC with ejection on Route 1 in the area of Black Diamond Road. Engine 44-4 responded within minutes, under the command of 44-15 (Jarrell). 44-4 arrived shortly behind 64 units, and found one patient out of the vehicle laying in the grass. Crews from 44-4 and Rescue 44 assisted with packaging the patient and securing the vehicle, while the crew from 44-0 shut down Route 1 and created a landing zone for Trooper 4.
