Members and ladies auxillary members helped hand out smoke detectors, batteries, and fire prevention materials from 9-2 for the Wake-Up Delaware campaign.   A total of 251 smoke detectors, and 134 batteries were given out to members of the community.  Thanks to all those who helped make this our most successful effort ever.

Wake-Up Delaware is a campaign put on by the Delaware Fire Service to provide the citizens of Delaware with free smoke detectors and batteries for thier homes.  Each fire department throughout the state participates in this effort twice a year during Daylight Savings Time, "change your clock, change your battery."
