Tanker Co. Assist Sta. 45 - 577 Oak Hill School Rd., Clayton

At 1939 Sta. 44 was dispatched to assist Sta. 45 with a Tanker Company on a working house fire west of Clayton. Sta. 45 and 26 units were already on scene fighting the fire in the 2 1/2 story farmhouse. Once on scene Tanker 44 set up to supply the apparatus at the scene, and all the engines shuttling dumped thier water into Tanker 44. While the crew from 44-3 assisted with operations at the scene, 44-3 shuttled several loads of water from Sta. 45 to the scene.
44 units were in service for 3 hours and 3 minutes. 48 members responded to the station for the assist. OIC for Sta. 44 was Engineer Mike Everett.
