On Wednesday July 14th, Engine 44-4 and a crew stood by at the Sudlersville, MD station so that their members could take part in their 10th Annual Fireman's Carnival. Then, on Thursday, July 15th, the company along with the band took part in their annual parade that goes along with the carnival. 44-10, 44-8, Rescue -44, and Ladder-44 also made the trip. The company came home with trophies for Best Appearing Rescue, Best Appearing Band, Best Appearing Marching Unit, and Best Appearing Company Overall. A great time was had by all and we congratulate Sudlersville on their 10th year of hosting this event. A special thank you to the standby crew from Station 50, Harrington, for allowing us to attend.
