The Officers and Members of Citizens' Hose Company No. 1 Inc. regret to announce the passing of Past President Guy M. Edmonson, Jr. He served as President of the fire company in 1947 and as Vice President in 1951. He became a Life Member on December 31, 1967. The CHC would like to extend our thoughts and prayers to all of Guy's family and friends. Arrangemants are as follows: A memorial service will be held on Friday, Sept. 24 at 12 noon at St. Peter’s Episcopal Church, 22 North Union Street, Smyrna. Friends are invited to call on the family immediately following the service. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations to St. Peter’s Church or to Citizens' Hose Company #1, PO Box 97, Smyrna, DE 19977 or to Compassionate Care Hospice Foundation, 623 West Newport Pike, Wilmington, DE 19804.
